Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sharp.IQ memberships include a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. Plan and billing cycle are selected at signup. The first month is charged at checkout, with no delayed first charge.

Your first subscription charge is collected at checkout — including any active Founding Access first-month discount, if applicable. Subsequent renewals run automatically on the cycle you selected.

Members may cancel at any time from the in-app billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; access continues through the paid-through period.

Members keep their current rate only while their subscription remains active and in good standing.

Members with an active paid subscription may pause for up to 60 days where supported by the billing portal. Billing resumes automatically at the end of the pause window with a reminder where supported.

• 7-day satisfaction guarantee: request a refund within 7 days of the first subscription charge by contacting Support. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
• Monthly cycles: after the 7-day window, there is no automatic refund for the current billing period. Cancel any time to stop the next renewal.
• Annual cycles: after the 7-day window, annual refund requests are reviewed individually. Cancel any time to stop the next renewal.
• Disputes: contested charges are reviewed individually. Bona-fide service outages may qualify for credits or pro-rated refunds at Sharp.IQ’s discretion.

Open the secure billing portal from /account/billing to update your payment method, change plan or cycle, view invoices, pause, or cancel. Returns to your account when finished.
