By accessing or using Sharp.IQ you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Sharp.IQ is an informational sports market analytics product for pre-game odds. We aggregate odds, surface market discrepancy signals and market-implied context, and provide player projections, market-movement context, and editorial insights. We do not accept wagers, hold balances, or operate a sportsbook. Coverage may vary.

Sharp.IQ is intended for users in the United States who are at least 17 years old. See Eligibility & Access for details. Use from a jurisdiction where the service is restricted is not permitted.

Account holders are responsible for maintaining credential security and for activity under their account. Contact us via the Support page if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or scrape Sharp.IQ output without permission.
• Operate automated programs that abuse rate limits or evade access controls.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source from the service.
• Use Sharp.IQ to facilitate any activity that violates applicable law.
• Misrepresent Sharp.IQ output as guaranteed outcomes — outputs are informational only.

Launch membership pricing, the 7-day satisfaction guarantee, and the cancellation/refund stance are described on the Pricing page and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. A payment method is required at signup; the first month is charged at checkout.

You may cancel your subscription in-app at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; access continues through the paid-through period. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that creates legal or reputational risk. See Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Sharp.IQ, its name, brand, design, software, and content are owned by Sharp.IQ or its licensors. Subscribers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for informational purposes during their subscription term.

Sharp.IQ is informational sports market analytics. Nothing on the service is financial, legal, investment, or wagering advice. Market discrepancy signals, market-implied context, and projections are model outputs that may not be executable in real-world conditions. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sharp.IQ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service.

You agree to defend and indemnify Sharp.IQ against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
